Holiday Kindness Project

January 5, 2020 - West Union Kindergartners from Linda Benson's class and Hillsboro Online Academy Kindergarten/First graders from Kristina Heagh-Avritt's class was able to donate 1 jacket, 4 vests and pullovers, handwarmers, 204 pairs of socks, 46 knit hats, and 55 pairs of gloves to Project Homeless Connect in Hillsboro. Students also sent 28 pictures and letters to the Hillsboro Elk's Lodge for their Senior Citizen's letter writing campaign. Many thanks to all the students and families who showed great generosity and kindness for our community!
